First, let’s get the bad news out of the way. We are taking a break from Gunota Girl this week. I apologize to those of you who were waiting for the next chapter. We will resume releases of this series next week at the normal time.
Now, for the reason. On somewhat of a whim, I decided I wanted to learn more about cleaning manga so as to be able to bring you guys more series in the future. I started cleaning raws I found last weekend and decided to actually start a new series. So, in place of Gunota Girl, this week you will be getting the teaser chapter of a new Last Exile manga being illustrated by Murao Minoru, one of the designers for the original Last Exile anime! It’s a monthly serialization and the latest issue of the magazine had chapter two, so we have a little bit of catch up to do, but keep an eye out for more chapters in the next week or so.
Last Exile -Travelers from the Hourglass- is set a few months after the first anime series and will presumably tie in with the new anime series, Last Exile: Fam, The Silver Wing.
